Crypto payment

How do I pay for a VPS with Bitcoin?

Short answer

Select BTC at checkout and an invoice appears with a fresh address, an exact amount and a locked rate valid for 90 minutes. Send from any wallet, including Lightning. After two confirmations — roughly twenty minutes on-chain, or seconds over Lightning — the server provisions automatically.

Set an appropriate fee. If the transaction is still unconfirmed when the invoice expires, the payment is still credited when it lands, but the rate may be recalculated. During periods of network congestion a low-fee transaction can sit for hours.

Remember what Bitcoin is not: private. The payment is a permanent public record, and if the coins came from an exchange account with your identity attached, the link is durable. If privacy is the motivation, use Monero.
