The privacy rating is an editorial 0–3 scale describing on-chain traceability, published so it can be argued with rather than trusted:

How payment works

    Choose a plan, a location and a billing term. No account is created.

  2. Supply an email address

    Credentials are sent there. Use an alias — we do not verify identity.

  3. Pick a coin

    Twenty coins across more than fifteen networks. Monero is recommended for privacy.

  4. Send the exact amount

    A fresh address and a locked rate, valid for 90 minutes. Let your wallet add the network fee on top rather than deducting it.

  5. Wait for confirmations

    Between one minute and about twenty depending on the chain. Provisioning then takes under a further minute.

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept PayPal, cards or bank transfer?

No. OnionVPS is crypto-only, deliberately. Accepting cards would require collecting a name, billing address and often identity documents for fraud control — exactly the data the service is designed not to hold.

Which coin should I use?

Monero if privacy is the reason you are paying in crypto. USDT on TRON if you want the cheapest fee and a price that cannot move. Solana or TON if you want the server running within a minute. Bitcoin if convenience matters more than the ledger being public.

What if I underpay?

Shortfalls up to 3% are accepted automatically, which covers wallets that deduct the network fee from the amount sent. Larger shortfalls are held; you can top up against the same invoice or request a refund.

Is the payment refundable?

First orders carry a seven-day money-back guarantee, refunded in crypto to an address you nominate. A crypto refund is a new payment we initiate, not a reversal.

Do I need an account with the payment processor?

No. OxaPay generates a fresh receiving address per invoice. You never register with them, and we never take custody of a wallet.
