A forex VPS is judged on two numbers: latency to your broker's matching engine and uptime. Two dedicated cores and 4 GB of RAM run several MT4 or MT5 terminals; the location decides everything else. Brokers concentrate in London (LD4/LD5), New York (NY4) and Tokyo, so place the instance in the matching city and expect sub-5 ms round trips.
