Frequently asked questions
Is DDoS protection included or an extra?
Always-on L3/L4 scrubbing is included at every tier, including the $4 plan. Only application-layer L7 filtering is a paid add-on. Attack traffic is never billed against your transfer allowance.
Will you null-route my IP during an attack?
Filtering comes first — null-routing means the attacker achieved their goal. We null-route only when an attack exceeds what the edge can absorb without harming other customers, and we tell you when we do.
Do you provide IPv6?
A routed /64 subnet on every instance, at every tier, at no cost. Not a single address — an entire subnet, so each container or service can hold its own public address without NAT.
Do you run your own network?
Yes. AS200558 is ours, announcing 41 IPv4 and 26 IPv6 prefixes, with independent transit and IX presence rather than reselling another provider's connectivity.
Can I get anycast?
