Краткий ответ

OnionVPS гарантирует 99,99% ежемесячной доступности каждого экземпляра, измеряемой по сетевой достижимости и доступности гипервизора. При нарушениях автоматически начисляются сервисные кредиты: 10% при доступности ниже 99,99%, 25% ниже 99,9%, 50% ниже 99,5% и 100% ниже 99%. Наблюдаемая доступность парка за последние двенадцать месяцев составила 99,993%.

Что измеряется

Availability is measured per instance, per calendar month, as the proportion of one-minute intervals in which the instance was reachable from at least two independent external probes and the hypervisor reported it running. Measurement is ours; the method is published so it can be checked against your own monitoring.

  • Below 99.99% — 10% of the monthly fee
  • Below 99.9% — 25% of the monthly fee
  • Below 99.5% — 50% of the monthly fee
  • Below 99.0% — 100% of the monthly fee

Исключения

The SLA does not cover your operating system, your applications, a firewall rule that locked you out, scheduled maintenance announced at least 72 hours in advance, or suspension under the Acceptable Use Policy. No provider SLA covers those, and any that claims to is not describing something it can measure.

You do not need to. Credits are applied automatically once a breach is confirmed against our measurement. If your own monitoring disagrees with ours, send it to support and we will reconcile.
